Shared Shaft is an offline, single-player puzzle game. It does not require an account, contain advertising or analytics services, or send your gameplay progress to a developer-operated server.

The game stores your progress, completed shifts, stars, best results, neighbour requests, keepsakes, language, settings and current shift locally on your device. This information lets you continue playing and keep your achievements. We do not receive it automatically.
Shared Shaft does not operate a cloud-save service or a cross-device account system. Your device's backup services may include local game data, depending on your own settings.
The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library or location. It does not use advertising identifiers, behavioural advertising or third-party tracking tools.
Shared Shaft is a paid game with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Apple handles the purchase and download through the App Store. The game does not ask for or store payment-card details.
Apple may process purchase information, downloads, backups, optional diagnostics or testing feedback under its own policies and your platform settings. Apple may make store reports or optional diagnostic information available to developers. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments or details you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your request, investigate a problem and keep the records needed to resolve it. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
