Tell us your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, game version and the shift number, if relevant. Describe what happened and what you expected. A screenshot can help, but please remove any personal information before sending it. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
The lifts share one cable. Moving one up moves the other down. Tap a floor on either side, or choose a stop with the dial. Both controls choose the same paired stop.
If a lift is already beside waiting neighbours, choose a stop in their direction of travel. They board before the lift departs. A lift that is full will need to return for anyone left behind.
Tap the light-bulb button at the top left of a shift. The game pauses while you read the current tip. Open Help from there for illustrated explanations of the controls and mechanics.
Yes. Turn on Gentle mode in Settings for more time to plan your route and more patience from waiting neighbours. Standard and Gentle results are recorded separately.
Open Settings → Language. Choose English, Russian, Spanish, German, French, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Hindi or Brazilian Portuguese. You can also follow your device language. Switching languages keeps your progress.
No account is needed. After downloading the game, the puzzles work offline. Opening external support or privacy pages requires an internet connection.
No. One purchase includes all 48 shifts, replay, hints, Gentle mode, neighbour requests and keepsakes. There are no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
